Extended Exchange & Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? We’re happy to help you exchange or return your product within 15 days, as long as the product is still in its original packaging and no wires have been cut.

The only exceptions to our return policy are custom orders, fans and outdoor fixtures (once they have been installed), and all crystal or discontinued items, as they are considered final sale.
